From the Inbox...May 12th

Before I get started lemme just apologize for the lateness on some of these things but that's the way things go when you don't sit at a computer all day. I have tried to be better, but to no avail...so here it is and in no particular order.

The first comes from the big homey Rev out in Beantown...as he and fellow EMS crew member spit a few bars over Elzhi and Royce's "Motown 25".

Epsilon Project is a collective of 3 MCs, 3 MC/Producers and one DJ out of Oxnard, CA. The song and visuals caught my ear on my journey through the inbox. This song is pretty nice and video isn't bad either. "Audacity", their second album drops May 25th. Peep more of them here.

The Physics dropped a new 3 track EP this week, "Three Piece". Oh, and incase you missed out on their"High Society EP" you can pick that up here.

Philly born, and now residing in Boston, Mike Bhaiya (pronounce Buy-uh) sent through a few tracks off his album "The Universe Is Dreaming". Dude is kinda nice but, no offense, but Miss Bachalis looks oh so nice in that picture. Dayum...

So this one might be a little later than most, but this time it is not my fault...dude JUST sent it through. MaG dropped his "I Ain't Goin Back To Retail" album in DECEMBER. Guess it takes a while for to travel across this great nation. I ain't mad though, this is a good listen.

Virginia native MC, Tony Moon,  sent through his 6 track "Sacred Sounds EP" done with producer Van Ark and collectively know as Double Heelix. This may not be for everyone, it took a couple listens for me to get into it but dude is lyrical. Definitely worth checking out. Stream and cop the EP here.

Well looks like that just about does it for this edition...damn I didn't think I was gonna make it through before punching the screen on this laptop. Hold up, I guess there are a couple more that I wanted to get out cause, well, I can.  Check out the new Rhymefest video for Give It To Me off the mysterious and pushed back (again) "El Che". You know what though, if every track on this bitch sounds as good as the one's that I've heard so far...

Last, but certainly not least, Tanya Morgan dropped their video for Bang and Boogie earlier this month. Donwill was kind enough to send it through and remind me how truly dope these dudes are, and further affirms my thought that Brooklynatti is the most slept on album of 2010. It's a damn shame.... Oh and don't forget to mark your calendar...Donwill and Von Pea's "The Sandwich Shop" mixtape drops May 18th with production entirely done by a little band called The Roots.

I'm finally outta here...peace.
